Originally built in 1906 as a butcher supply company, 1627 Penn Avenue adaptive re-use project is a 11-story building in the Pittsburgh Strip District. The loft-style luxury apartments preserved much of the buildings historic features including soaring high ceilings, polished concrete floors and exposed concrete structure.
