Originally built in 1925 as The White Swan Hotel, a complete remodel of this six-story building converted it into 47 modern one-bedroom apartments, including 8 fully accessible. The project was designed to respect and enhance the original features and finishes while modernizing to current housing standards. The original ballroom of the hotel was transformed into the community room with an accessible kitchen and restrooms. Additional amenities include a fitness center, library, computer room, laundry facilities on each floor and two covered porches.
